A 24 hour cancellation notice is the only polite thing to do. We understand that life can get messy, but if you’re a repeat offender we will charge you for your last minute cancellations and request you prepay for your next appointment.
We love kids. Most of us have them, but we want to create a relaxing atmosphere when you visit this salon. Please only bring your little ones if they have an appointment for a service.
We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist for a variety of reasons-schedules, prices, or to get a different perspective. Feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. We all support one another.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you risk having to reschedule. Don’t make us give you a tardy slip.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone, especially if you’re a freak.
Because our technicians are independent contractors, prices and services can vary between technicians.
